Pauline Perreault, President
Pauline brings her energetic personality to her work and to her clients. After an interaction with Pauline, one cannot help but feel the passion she has for creating dynamic workplaces and equipping successful leaders. A dedicated lifelong learner, she draws on her leadership and management knowledge to create exceptional client experiences.
Her background includes roles in the banking industry in branch operations and in-house consulting roles in human resources and market research for large Albertan companies. She has leveraged her interests in both the human resource and marketing disciplines to serve her clients in understanding and achieving maximum results from their staff and workplace.
Pauline is a graduate of the University of British Columbia where she received a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Pauline is an active volunteer in her community and is a member of the Rotary club of Edmonton South, where she will serve as club president 2010-2011. She has also been an avid supporter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters In-School Mentoring program.
She is a travel and culture enthusiast and has lived in many places including British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec , as well as both a Rotary and then a university exchange in Germany. With a great ear for foreign languages, she always strives to mingle with the locals and glean any culinary tips available. Always up for an adventure, you can find her white water rafting, dog sledding, hiking and yes, even bungee jumping (once!).
